The 2011 Grand Effie Award Goes to Tontine's campaign for "The first pillow with a 'best-before' date 

- Happy Soldiers takes out The Grand Effie
- 8 gold Effie's awarded overall
- Clemenger BBDO Melbourne takes out The Effective Agency of the Year

 Happy Soldiers has been awarded the Grand Effie at the 3rd annual Effie awards. Their "The first pillow with a 'best-before' date" campaign on behalf of Tontine took out two Gold Effies.

- JWT Sydney takes out The Grand Effie
- 17 gold EFFIE's awarded
- Clemenger BBDO Proximity Melbourne takes out The Effective Agency of the Year 

The top prize at the second Australian Effie Awards has been won by JWT with their "How Allen's regained its category crown by using fresh insight to put the smiles back into Jellies" campaign on behalf of Nestlé.

2010 Australian EFFIE Awards - Finalists Announced

The campaigns that have made Round Two of EFFIE judging were announced today.  The 102 finalists are competing for advertising effectiveness awards across 17 categories.

-   Record 102 of 154 entries make cut into Round Two of EFFIE judging

-   45 Round One Judges impressed by quality of entries

The 2010 Australian Effie Awards have attracted 154 entries from agencies and clients, representing an 18% increase from 131 entries in 2009.

Telstra sponsors Australian EFFIE Awards (January 14, 2010)

Telstra has signed on as principal sponsor of the EFFIE Advertising Effectiveness Awards for the next three years.
